Mr. Horace Ho obtained his formal training from one of the big four accounting firms after he graduated from Hong Kong Baptist College (Now known as Hong Kong Baptist University). In 1987, he founded Manivest Group of Companies which is a 60 staff medium size firm with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Macau providing one-stop structuring, taxation, corporate investigation and recovery as well as corporate services for international clientele.

Mr. Ho�� s area of special interest is in corporate rescue, investigation of accountancy fraud and providing litigation support, international assets and tax planning, specialized in corporate insolvency, structuring and tax systems in Greater China as well as offshore vehicles. Mr. Ho is a seasoned speaker who is frequently invited to speak in training seminars of the Shanghai Bar Association and Hangzhou Bar Association. He is also the co-author of the book ����Outbound Investment for China Entities �V The Law and Practice���� (�����~�ҥ~��� �V �k�ߤι��) published in China in 2013.

 Mr. Ho is active in community services. He is now the vice Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Scout Association of Hong Kong and had served the Finance Committee as The Chairman for over 10 years. He has been a member of the Audit Committee, World Scout Organization (Organization Mondiale du Mouvement Scout) since 1999 and was a member of the Audit Committee World Scout Foundation from 1999 to 2007, both based in Geneva. Mr. Ho was also the Hon. Auditor of Rotary International District 3450 and a member of the Rotary Club of Peninsula from 1987, served on the Board of the Directors as Hon. Secretary and Hon. Treasurer for several years. He is a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary since 1989 and a Baden Powell Fellow of the World Scout Foundation since 1999.

Mr. Ho has been and is the Provisional Liquidator / Liquidator of over 200 insolvent cases and is an official liquidator appointed by the Government of Samoa.He is also trustee of bankrupts for over1000 cases.. He is also involved in various schemes of arrangements and act as expert witness in various court cases.

Ms. Simone Kong is the Legal Counsel and Director of Manivest Group of Companies. She is a solicitor admitted in 1998 in Hong Kong. Ms. Kong also holds a Bachelor of Business from a university in Australia and a Master of Law (Corporate and Financial Law) from the University of Hong Kong.

Ms. Kong focuses in handling shareholders disputes and investors�� arrangements, corporate service, and insolvency matters. Ms. Kong also has experience in handling corporate commercial matters, representing local and PRC clients handling their internal corporate matters, cross-border investment and mergers & acquisitions. She has been an advisor to the investors of multi-billion dollar takeover and acquisition in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Before joining Manivest Group, she was an Associate Solicitor and the head of the Corporate Secretarial Department of a well-known solicitor firm.

Ms. Kong has been and is the Provisional Liquidator / Liquidator of over 100 insolvent cases and is an official liquidator appointed by the Government of Samoa. She is also trustee of bankrupts for over 600 cases.

Lawrence has extensive professional experience in liquidation and restructuring, and has participated in corporate liquidation, corporate restructuring, personal bankruptcy, and other insolvency advisory services. Mr. Wong is currently a senior manager of the Litigation and Insolvency Services Department in Manivest Hong Kong office.
