Professional Background and Experiences
Graduated from Hong Kong Baptist College（Currently Hong Kong Baptist University），Mr. Horace Ho practiced in one of the big four companies. In 1987, Mr. Horace Ho founded the Manivest Group in Hong Kong. Until today, Manivest Group has 60 employees, and various offices established in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Macau. Manivest has been providing professional one stop service for our international clients.
Mr. Horace Ho’s field of expertise includes company insolvency, fraud investigations, providing litigation support, international capital and tax planning services. He particularly specialises in the insolvency, corporate structuring and tax planning services for companies in the Greater China region, as well as the application of offshore tools. Mr. ho is always invited as a guest speaker for seminars and international conferences on matters relating to corporate structuring and structure planning by the lawyers associations from Shanghai and Hangzhou. Mr. Ho is the co-author of “Outbound Investment for simna Entities – The Law and Practice”, published in China in 2013.
As a liquidator and a provisional liquidator, Mr. Ho has managed over 200 liquidation cases, involving various creation and arrangement of liquidation plans. Moreover, Mr. Ho is the official liquidator appointed by the Samoa government. Besides, Mr. Ho has provided professional assistance for over 1000 bankruptcy cases as a provisional trustee.

Professional Background and Experiences
Ms. Simone Kong is the Director of Manivest Asia Limited. She is a solicitor admitted in 1998 in Hong Kong. Ms. Kong also holds a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Master degree in Corporate Laws from Hong Kong University.
Ms. Kong is experienced in handling corporate merger, acquisition, liquidations and corporate services, and general counsel matters. Ms. Kong had been providing enquiry and counseling services for investments between Hong Kong and Mainland China, in which the transactions involved billions of dollars. Before joining Manivest, Ms. Kong was the Head of the Corporate Service Department in an international law firm where she was involved in corporate re-structuring, mergers and acquisitions, IPO, and company secretarial matters.
As a liquidator and a provisional liquidator, Ms. Kong has managed over 100 liquidation cases, involving various creation and arrangement of liquidation plans. Moreover, Ms. Kong is the official liquidator appointed by the Samoa government. Besides, Ms. Kong has provided professional assistance for over 600 bankruptcy cases as a provisional trustee.
